Before You Apply
To help us support as many families as possible, please review the following:
• Applicants must have a valid Manitoba Health Card
• Applications can be submitted for yourself or on behalf of someone else (with their knowledge)
• If approved, support must be accepted directly by the individual receiving assistance
• Not all applications will qualify
• One application per household
